Complex

They are the terrain in which one moves. You don't dominate the context and you don't know what happens, they are environments for experimentation, to test things.

Complicated

It is when you make sense of it, analyze it and respond, you cannot categorize it because first it requires a certain knowledge of what is happening.

Chaotic

It's like going on a boat in a storm, you just have to make quick decisions to stop the blow and the bleeding.

Obvious

It is the place of knowledge, what you do is make sense of it. You categorize it and respond. E.g. I put money in the machine, coffee comes out
